Our firm acts before all the jurisdictions listed in France.
The perpetrator of the attack is identified
Our firm will be a civil party before the Police Court, the Correctional Court or the Court of Assizes.
Our firm will monitor the procedure until compensation is obtained.
In the event of the insolvency of the aggressor, our firm will seize the CIVI (Commission for the compensation of victims of offences) of the Judicial Court of the place of the offense to seek compensation for the damage.
This compensation will take place after a free medical expertise and will be covered by the Guarantee Fund for Victims.
The latter will then turn to the aggressor to try to recover the sums paid as compensation.
The perpetrator of the attack is not identified
The police services were unable to identify the attacker and the Public Prosecutor's Office dismissed the procedure.
Our firm may, after obtaining the police report, seize the CIVI of the Judicial Court to have the victim compensated by the Guarantee Fund.
The use of a free medical expertise is mandatory.
The victim must be assisted during this expertise by a referral doctor and our office.
This assistance is essential because the Guarantee Fund will appoint an expert doctor to try to minimize the damage and therefore the compensation.
